Designed to drive the loading operations in tank –truckand tank –wagon gantries, the automatic valve ISE,consists of a diaphragm operated main valve and twosolenoid valves.The normally open (NO) solenoid connects the valvecover chamber to the upstream pressure, whereas thenormally closed solenoid (NC) connects the valve coverchamber to the downstream pressure.When ISE valve is driven by a truck loading supervisionsystem like VEGA flow computer it can be found in one ofthe following states:

• When both NO and NC solenoids are energised, thevalve opens gradually.
• When NC solenoid is de-energised but NO isenergised, the valve locks at the current position.
• When NO and NC solenoids are de- energised, thevalve closes gradually.
